Bonnie, Ada and I were taking a long walk through the Kreuzberg neighborhood of Berlin today and came across this stencil. We couldn’t agree with it more.
Today’s tofu pressing was with kiwi and small red peppers. I also embedded a large chunk of kiwi in the center of the tofu. We cooked the tofu in a sweet and sour sauce with even more kiwi.

We are still a long way from the Mythological Quarter in Copenhagen and continue to take long walks around Berlin. We came across this sculpture of a bear yesterday and really enjoyed it. If you look closely, you can see a bee carved into the face of the limestone.
